The client had over 1,000 customer claims sitting in their backlog. Each claim required a team member to:

1. Open the airline’s website

2. Manually enter the passenger’s name and PNR code

3. Wait for flight details to load

4. Take a screenshot

5. Save it and attach it to the customer record

The Solution: A Custom AI Agent

We built a lightweight, task-specific AI agent that takes a simple Excel sheet as input. Just three columns:

• Passenger Name

• PNR Code

• Airline Name

The agent then visits the airline’s site, performs the necessary lookup, waits for the flight result to load, takes a screenshot of the result, and stores it in a structured folder — one screenshot per client.

No delays

The Result: 1,000+ Processed Claims in 48 Hours

With the agent running across multiple threads, the team was able to:

• Clear the backlog in less than two days

• Free up their internal team for higher-value work

• Speed up the time-to-payout for their customers
